Multifamily Renovation Project with Hardwood Floors
This project involved a full renovation of a multifamily property, addressing both functional updates and interior finishes. Initially, hardwood floors were installed and refinished to create continuity throughout the units. In addition, kitchen and bathroom remodeling improved layout efficiency and updated materials. Throughout the process, drywall installation and taping were completed to correct surfaces and refine room transitions. Finally, interior painting was applied to unify the spaces, enhance lighting, and deliver a cohesive and finished interior environment.
